.2.2. No Cap Hit Buy-Out
a) in the off season all non-playoff teams will receive one buyout option which will come without any cap hit
b) the remaining contract value has to be paid in cash
c) the "No Cap Hit Buy-Out" right may be traded to any team in the league (including playoff teams) for cash only(no limit on the $ amount)
d) cannot be accumulated, if not used in the off-season they will be void
e) a team can own multiple (its own plus all traded for) "No Cap Hit Buy-Outs" during the off season, but can’t carry over any into next season
